Where it fits in TEFA
Texas pays out-of-state and online programs only after the provider applies and is approved. A virtual school can enroll TEFA students as a school only if it is accredited, has operated two years and keeps a Texas office; it can also join the marketplace as an education provider on a rolling basis. Check current status with us before you enroll.
With the $2,000 homeschool account
For a homeschool/other student, AmFaith's price is close to the $2,000 account. The remaining $260-$1,000 is the kind of gap our partner scholarship is designed to cover.
As the core of a church learning community
When a congregation hosts AmFaith students two or three days a week, the church provides the room, the community and a credentialed lead educator, and AmFaith provides the curriculum and teachers. Once that community is accredited and has operated two years, it can participate in TEFA as a school at $10,474 per student.

AmFaith is our featured partner and supports this site. We say so wherever AmFaith appears, and our funding guidance never depends on it.
